Moipone is a public policy, external affairs, and government relations expert with over 12 years of experience. Her portfolio includes management of various institutions’ public policy strategy, engagement with senior regulatory stakeholders, driving PPP projects with local and international organizations and governments in Africa and Europe. She holds an honours degree in political studies and international relations from the University of Witwatersrand.
Moipone was the chief of staff in Midvaal Local Municipality as well as executive support at City ofJohannesburg during the tumultuous administrative transition of the 2016 local government elections. Moipone has a solid background as a researcher at the Gauteng and Limpopo Legislature. Her career highlight was developing and driving educational programmes for women and youth who reside in theplatinum Mining Belt communities in the northwest under the Mining and Transformation in Southern Africa (MARTISA)-SWOP Institute.
